This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous GP reception experience and essential knowledge of SystmOne (S1) who is looking for consistent, long-term work.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work either:
* Full day: 8:00am – 6:30pm
* Morning shift: 8:00am – 1:00pm
* Afternoon shift: 1:00pm – 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and welcoming manner
* Providing an excellent front-of-house service
* Using SystmOne (S1) to support reception duties
* Assisting patients at the reception desk
Please note: This role is predominantly patient-facing and does not include high volume inbound calls.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience working as a GP Receptionist
* Knowledge and experience of SystmOne (S1) is essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional, approachable, and reliable
* Available to commit to a long-term ongoing contract

* Holidays must be requested with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice and pre-booked where possible.
