NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join a leading hydraulics attachment business in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager, Service Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or Senior Plant Fitter looking to lead a busy workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers.
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workshop operation, allocating work, supporting engineers, maintaining high health & safety standards, and ensuring servicing, repairs and inspections are completed efficiently.
The Role
Manage a busy engineering workshop
Lead and support a team of workshop engineers
Plan workloads and maximise productivity
Oversee servicing, maintenance and repairs
Maintain H&S and workshop standards
Liaise with parts and service teams
About You
Previous experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Service Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor
Background in heavy plant, construction equipment, plant hire, material handling, powered access, agricultural or industrial machinery
Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
