Duties
* Collaborate with Demand Planning and Commercial teams to review forecasts and support supply planning activities.
* Raise purchase orders, communicate forecasts to suppliers, and coordinate product movements with logistics providers.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliations, shelf life, and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
* Generate out-of-stock reports, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve inventory management.
* Communicate order status, supply risks, delays, and service updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large volumes of data.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
* Self-motivated team player with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
