Working in a modern, fully equipped bodyshop, you'll use the latest manufacturer-approved repair methods and equipment to restore accident-damaged vehicles to the highest possible standards, alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels, restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition while ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

Your Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality panel repairs and panel replacements.
Repair vehicles using manufacturer-approved repair methods.
Restore accident-damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.
Collaborate with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to maintain an efficient repair process.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a busy accident repair centre.
Recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
Strong attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
Self-motivated with the ability to consistently deliver excellent repairs.
Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
