Multi Trade Carpenter / Plumber

A leader in the provision of property services and social housing maintenance is looking for experienced multi trade operatives to join their team. You will be working on responsive repairs, carrying out internal maintenance to occupied properties. You will need to be competent in carpentry or plumbing and other light skills in flooring, decoratring and plastering and be open to learning other skills with a pro active approach to work.

The successful candidate will have:

Qualifications in one of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or similar.

At least three years property maintenance experience

Skills in light plumbing, tiling, patch plastering

Experience working in occupied properties in a public and client facing role

Full UK driving license
