How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Join a specialist financial services organisation seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, build and support secure, scalable low-code and AI-driven solutions. This role works across the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse alongside Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI agent development, integrating with Dynamics 365, an Enterprise Data Warehouse and third-party APIs via Custom Connectors, all within FCA/GDPR controls and organisational governance frameworks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining low-code development with emerging AI agent capabilities, and who’s comfortable operating within a regulated, compliance-driven environment.

    The Role

    * Build Canvas and Model Driven apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models and Power BI reports for target business processes.

    * Design and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio (topics, generative answers, data actions) and Azure AI Foundry (prompt flows/orchestration, model selection/evaluation) to power natural language workflows, guided data capture, triage and decision support.

    * Implement RAG patterns to ground agents on trusted data (Dataverse, D365, SharePoint, warehouse) and expose actions via Power Automate/Data Actions.

    * Integrate with Dynamics 365 APIs, the data warehouse and third-party APIs via Custom Connectors, handling OAuth, throttling, pagination and error strategy.

    * Package solutions as managed solutions with environment variables and connection references; maintain reusable components and UI guidelines.

    * Build within environment strategy and DLP policies, ensuring solutions and AI agents adhere to FCA and GDPR requirements (lawful basis, minimisation, retention, auditability, secure transit).

    * Implement AI guardrails including input/output filters, grounding validation, prompt management, safe fallbacks and human-in-the-loop review where needed.

    * Contribute to Centre of Excellence assets (patterns, templates, component library) and participate in solution reviews.

    * Translate requirements and user stories into designs, wireframes, data models (ERDs) and acceptance criteria.

    * Run demos, UAT and training sessions, and create run books and support documentation, working closely with Business Change teams on adoption.

    * Monitor telemetry, performance and usage; resolve incidents and iterate for usability, reliability and compliance.

    About You

    * Strong experience across Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse schema and security roles, and Power Fx.

    * Comfortable with ALM and source control (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions), including export/unpack/build/deploy of managed solutions.

    * Experienced integrating with Dynamics 365 (CE) APIs, data warehouse endpoints, M365 and REST/OData/JSON via Custom Connectors.

    * Working knowledge of security and compliance requirements (DLP, environment strategy, audit logging, data residency) and FCA/GDPR implications in financial services.

    * Skilled in Copilot Studio (topics, generative answers, data actions, conversation design) and ideally Azure AI Foundry (prompt flow orchestration, evaluation, managed model use).

    * Understanding of embeddings/RAG, conversation memory patterns and Responsible AI practices (prompt/safety guardrails, grounding checks, hallucination mitigation, traceability).

    * Nice to have: document intelligence experience — classifying, extracting or summarising emails and documents (e.g. for underwriting/KYC packs).

    * Strong requirements elicitation, story/AC writing, process mapping (BPMN), stakeholder management and documentation/training skills.

    * Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating with full-stack engineers and Business Change teams.

    Requirements

    * Proven experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment.

    * Experience with Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry for AI agent development.

    * PL-200 (Functional Consultant) and/or PL-400 (Developer) certification preferred; AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer) or equivalent Azure AI/Copilot certification a plus.

    * PL-600 (Solution Architect) desirable for senior candidates.

    * Experience with GitHub Actions–based ALM and environment strategy (Dev → Test → Prod, maker sandboxes with DLP guardrails)
