Hays Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced maintenance person to join a busy construction project in Macclesfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative looking for consistent work on a well-established site.
Your new role
The general maintenance person and maintenance works around the site.
Basic joinery, patching, snagging and finishing tasks
Adjusting doors, ironmongery and fixtures
Making good work following trades
Installing and repairing minor fixtures and fittings
Site upkeep and ensuring work areas remain safe and tidy
Assisting site management with a range of practical tasks
Identifying and resolving minor defectsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working as a Maintenance person, Multi-Skilled Operative or Maintenance Operative
Valid CSCS Card
Own hand tools and PPEWhat you'll get in return
