The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading M&E contractor delivering prestigious commercial construction projects across Central London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support busy project teams across live construction sites and office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in keeping projects running efficiently through excellent organisation, communication and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers, engineers and site teams.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, technical documents, site records and correspondence.
Maintain accurate document registers, revision logs and filing systems.
Coordinate the distribution of updated drawings and project documentation to site teams and subcontractors.
Assist with document control processes, ensuring company and client procedures are followed.
Prepare meeting minutes, reports and project documentation as required.
Support the onboarding of subcontractors, maintaining site records and compliance documentation.
Manage site inductions, visitor records and general office administration where required.
Monitor outstanding documentation and liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure information is received on time.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all project information.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or Construction Administrator within the construction, M&E or Building Services sector.
Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good understanding of construction documentation and administrative processes.
Experience using document management systems such as Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex, Dalux, SharePoint or similar platforms is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks within a busy project environment.
