Payroll & Benefits Specialist

A globally recognised business who have an outstanding reputation across the sector, are currently looking to add a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their team.

This role will join the wider HR function & will report to the Payroll Manager.

As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Managing the UK monthly payroll for c500 employees
Working with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure data is accurate
Resolving all payroll related queries
Working with the Payroll Manager with companywide benefits. This includes benefit renewals, benefit related queries, benefit communication. Benchmarking and benefit research.
Supporting the Payroll Manager with payroll and/or benefit related projects

This is a super varied & busy role. Candidates need to be able to use Excel to a high standard.
