CSCS Handyman

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Handyman for an immediate start on a long-term construction project at Virginia Water.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative with experience carrying out a wide range of general site maintenance and finishing works. Due to the site's location, applicants should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance, as public transport links are limited.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out general carpentry and joinery tasks.
Painting and decorating small areas as required.
Installing, maintaining and repairing site protection.
Installing and maintaining site signage.
Completing BWIC (Builder's Work in Connection) activities.
Carrying out grouting works.
Undertaking small concrete works, including minor pours and breaking out.
Installing and maintaining HERAS fencing and site hoarding.
Installing, maintaining and relocating barriers.
General site maintenance and supporting the site management team with day-to-day tasks.Requirements
Previous experience working as a Handyman on construction sites.
Valid CSCS Card (essential).
Own tools and equipment suitable for general handyman duties.
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
