Duties
* Oversee and supervise the delivery of personalised care plans for residents, ensuring all needs are met with dignity and respect
* Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication management
* Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive resident support
* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and update records in accordance with organisational policies
* Contribute to organising activities and social engagement programmes for residents to promote wellbeing
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times within the care environment
* Assist with driving responsibilities, including transporting residents when necessary
Requirements
* Proven experience in senior care or a similar setting, with supervising or leadership responsibilities preferred
* Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Knowledge of care plans, health & safety procedures, and IT systems utilised in healthcare settings
* Driving licence is desirable for transportation duties within the role
* Experience working in a care home environment is advantageous
* Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in eldercare and improving residents’ quality of life
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
