We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team based in Astley.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in preparing goods for dispatch. Duties include:
* Setting up your work area with cages for outgoing deliveries
* Scanning location codes and individual boxes using a handheld scanner
* Sorting items into the correct cages for distribution
* Manual handling of boxes weighing up to 11kg
* Working towards and maintaining hourly KPI targets for scanning and dispatch accuracy
Shift Options
Choose a schedule that suits you:
* Monday to Friday
* Sunday to Thursday
Available Shifts:
* Back Shift: 6:00pm – 2:00am
* Night Shift: 10pm – 6:00am
Pay Rates
* £12.76 – £14.36 per hour
* Overtime (after 40 hours): £19.14 per hour

* Basic understanding of scanning systems (training provided)
