Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (With occasional travel across the UK and the headquarters in Germany were required) Must have a valid UK drivers Licence.

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
37.5 hours a week | 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday | 08:30 to 16:00 Friday | Hybrid working available after successful completion of training period.

Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your marketing career?
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing Graduate to join a growing team in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working closely with both the UK Sales team and a highly skilled global marketing team. Ensuring they have the tools, content and support needed to achieve their objectives.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life, supporting sales growth, and creating impactful content and campaigns. You'll gain exposure to international projects, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and influence marketing activity both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary marketing contact for the UK Sales team, supporting their quarterly objectives through tailored campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional resources.
Develop, localise, and maintain sales and technical content, including presentations, data sheets, competitor analyses, case studies, white papers, and news releases.
Plan and execute UK marketing activities and selected central campaigns across email, social media, direct mail, and other channels.
Coordinate local events from planning and logistics through to pre- and post-event communications and lead generation activities.
Manage and optimise UK website content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and tailored to the local market.
Work closely with technical experts to create clear, customer-focused content that simplifies complex solutions and supports both sales teams and customers. 
 
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident communicator with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine desire to learn and develop within a marketing environment.

Degree Educated in marketing, business, or a relevant technical field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, specifically for creating compelling, concise sales-focused content.
Experience: previous experience in a marketing, marketing operations, or sales support role within a B2B, industrial or technical/engineering environment.
