How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The QSHE Administrator / Coordinator will maintain records and internal systems, arrange training and inspections, monitor actions and deadlines, and support the effective operation of the company’s management systems.

    Key responsibilities

    * Provide administrative and coordination support to the QSHE function.

    * Maintain accurate records, databases and electronic filing systems.

    * Update internal management systems with relevant information and documentation.

    * Support document control, ensuring documents remain current and are distributed appropriately.

    * Prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations.

    * Help maintain company certifications and compliance documentation.

    * Coordinate employee training courses, inductions, medicals, assessments and refresher training.

    * Liaise with employees and external providers regarding bookings, attendance and certification.

    * Track actions arising from audits, inspections, incidents, meetings and management reviews.

    * Follow up on outstanding actions, monitor deadlines and escalate overdue items when necessary.

    * Support internal and external audit preparation.

    * Maintain inspection, incident, near-miss, corrective-action and compliance records.

    * Assist with data collection and QSHE performance reporting.

    * Respond to routine QSHE administration queries.

    * Provide progress updates and highlight outstanding issues to the Head of QSHE.

    Skills and experience

The successful QSHE Administrator / Coordinator should have:

    * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

    * Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

    * Clear written and verbal communication skills.

    * The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

    * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    * The confidence to work independently and collaboratively.

    * A professional, proactive and dependable approach.

Experience in administration, coordination, databases, management systems or other business software would be beneficial but is not essential. An awareness of quality, health and safety, or environmental processes would also be useful, although full training will be provided.

    About you

    You will be:

    1. Reliable, organised and methodical.

    2. Positive and willing to learn.

    3. Comfortable working with systems, data and documentation.

    4. Confident communicating with colleagues, managers, contractors and external providers.

    5. Persistent in following tasks through to completion.

    6. Motivated to build a career within the QSHE profession.

    What is offered

    - Comprehensive training and development.
