Are you an experienced CSCS Site Cleaner looking for your next opportunity?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for CSCS Site Cleaners to join a major commercial-to-residential conversion project in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale refurbishment project, helping to maintain a clean, safe and organised site while supporting the construction team throughout the project.

Qualifications

Essential:

Valid CSCS Card

Previous experience working as a Site Cleaner on construction sites

Knowledge of construction site health and safety procedures

Desirable:

Asbestos Awareness

Manual Handling Certificate

Previous experience on refurbishment or commercial construction projects

Roles & Responsibilities

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the construction site.

· Clean welfare facilities, site offices and communal areas.

· Remove waste materials and ensure rubbish is disposed of correctly.

· Keep walkways, access routes and working areas clean and hazard-free.

· Assist with general housekeeping duties across the site.

· Ensure cleaning tasks are carried out safely and in line with site procedures.

· Support site management in maintaining a safe working environment.

· Identify and report any health and safety concerns.

· Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance.

· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Site Manager.

Requirements

As a CSCS Site Cleaner, you will also be expected to:

· Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

· Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.

· Be reliable, punctual and hard-working.

· Work independently and as part of the wider site team.

· Maintain a professional attitude whilst on site.

Health, Safety & Compliance

All employees are required to:

· Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice.

· Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.

· Co-operate fully with the company and colleagues to ensure statutory and safety requirements are always met.
