Our client is looking for a strong Civil/Engineering background candidate, who has experience overseeing externals/ground works/steel & RC frame previously. Responsibilities for Site Manager
Overseeing externals on a flagship project for a tier one Main Contractor.
Working with sub-contractors and engineers to follow the build.
Help manage a new build school project of £50+ million.Requirements for Site Manager
Ideally an SM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
Civil or Engineering background.
Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress
