Ventilation Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Ventilation Engineer to work on a prestigious commercial project in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site with ongoing work, carrying out the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of commercial ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation of ventilation and ductwork systems on commercial construction projects.

* Fitting and assembling rectangular and circular ductwork.

* Installation of grilles, diffusers, fire dampers, volume control dampers, and associated ventilation equipment.

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans.

* Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and modifications to existing ventilation systems where required.

* Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and health & safety regulations.

* Working closely with site managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Ventilation Engineer on commercial projects.

* Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)

* Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

* Own tools and full PPE.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
