The Role
* Managing project costs from procurement through to final account.
* Preparing and reviewing subcontract packages.
* Valuations, variations and cost reporting.
* Producing monthly CVRs and commercial reports.
* Managing subcontractor accounts and payments.
* Working closely with Project Managers and site teams.
* Identifying and managing commercial risks.
* Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
* Experience with a main contractor or specialist contractor.
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC experience advantageous).
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Degree qualified or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
* Full UK driving licence.
