Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major tunnelling project. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage both site operations and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on site.
Lead by example as a hands-on working supervisor, supporting the team with installation work where required.
Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Complete and maintain all required site paperwork, including permits, inspections, progress reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Coordinate with site management and other trades to ensure work is completed to programme.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large infrastructure or industrial projects.
Confined Space certification (current).
Proven tunnel experience.
National Grid Persons (NG Persons) authorisation/competency.
Strong understanding of electrical installation practices and safe systems of work.
Ability to manage site documentation accurately and efficiently.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Hours

Hours: 07:30 - 18:00
Shift Pattern: 12 days on, 2 days off
