Intrepid Global is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) experience to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, prepared efficiently and dispatched on time. Working within a busy distribution operation, you'll help maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or voice-picking technology.
Load and unload deliveries where required.
Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are completed accurately.
Carry out general warehouse duties to support the operation.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Work to productivity and accuracy targets while following company procedures.
Adhere to all health and safety policies and warehouse best practices.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll need:
Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Proven experience operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
The ability to work efficiently to productivity targets.
A reliable, punctual and hard-working approach.
A good level of physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling throughout your shift.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
