Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on an exciting hotel refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong electrical background and proven supervisory experience to oversee electrical installation works from start to completion.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.

* Ensure all electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

* Monitor progress against the project programme and report to the Site Manager/Project Manager.

* Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures.

* Carry out quality inspections and ensure all work meets project specifications.

* Coordinate with other trades to maintain project workflow.

* Order materials and manage site resources effectively.

* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

* Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

* Previous experience supervising electrical works on commercial or hospitality projects.

* Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

* Gold ECS

* SSSTS

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

* Strong understanding of current health & safety regulations.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
