Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach looking to inspire young people through sport and physical activity? We are seeking a passionate individual to join a welcoming school in Sheffield, supporting pupils both in PE lessons and across the wider school environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sports coaching, fitness, or youth work who is looking to make a positive impact on children's learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sports and physical activity sessions.
Support PE lessons and extracurricular sports clubs.
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and participation among pupils.
Promote healthy lifestyles and positive behaviour.
Provide one-to-one or small-group support for pupils who may need additional encouragement.
Work closely with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience coaching children or young people in a school, sports club, or community setting.
Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential).
A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
