How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    This is a broad Senior HR Business Partner role offering the opportunity to act as a trusted adviser to leaders across the business, providing expert support on employee relations, performance management, organisational change and people development. The role combines hands-on operational HR with strategic project work, whilst coaching managers, influencing stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider people agenda.

    Act as a trusted HR partner, providing expert advice and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters.
    Support the delivery of business objectives through effective HR business partnering and practical people solutions.
    Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring commercially focused and legally compliant outcomes.
    Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in managing performance, engagement and employee issues.
    Design and deliver training and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and management capability.
    Support organisational change, restructuring activities and wider business transformation projects.
    Contribute to the delivery of the HR Business Plan and key people initiatives.
    Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive a positive and high-performing culture.
    Mentor and support junior members of the HR team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
    Utilise HR systems and data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
    Travel to other business locations as required.Profile

    CIPD qualified HR professional with a strong generalist HR background.
    Proven experience operating in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, ideally within Financial Services or another regulated sector.
    Strong employee relations expertise, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive cases independently.
    Demonstrable experience across the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance management, talent development and organisational change.
    Excellent coaching and influencing skills, with a track record of building management capability and partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.
    Commercially minded and pragmatic, able to balance business needs with employee experience and risk management.
    Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a wider HR team.
    Experience mentoring or developing junior HR colleagues.
    Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
    Confident using HR systems and data to support decision-making, with Workday experience highly desirable.
    Resilient, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.Job Offer
