We are currently working alongside an award-winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in North Leeds who are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the team. This practice was established over 30 years ago and have become one of the most well-known names in the local Architecture market.
The workload comprises of a large array of work, including residential developments, student accommodation schemes, affordable housing projects, extra care and retirement living schemes and city centre apartment conversions. They are also certified Passivhaus Designers and have a strong commitment to sustainable design principles.
We are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the team. The successful Architectural Technologist will work on a diverse range of projects from concept stage through to completion, contributing to the technical delivery of high-quality schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist looking to develop their career within a practice that supports professional development through CPD, training and mentorship towards CIAT chartered status.
Requirements:
The Architectural Technologist must have at least 3-5 years' experience in Architectural Practice
Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments would be advantageous for this Architectural Technologist position
The Architectural Technologist should have strong technical detailing skills and knowledge of Building Regulations
Proficiency in Revit is essential for this Architectural Technologist role, as the practice utilises BIM workflows
The Architectural Technologist should be a strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
