About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Paint Plant Operative to join our team in Hixon. This is a hands-on role within our paint plant, assisting with the hanging and unhanging of parts throughout the painting process to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Hanging components onto paint line fixtures prior to painting.
* Unhanging painted parts and preparing them for the next stage of production.
* Inspecting parts for quality and reporting any issues.
* Following production schedules and work instructions.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
* Supporting the wider production team as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Is comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Can work effectively as part of a team.
* Is reliable and punctual.
Experience within a paint plant or a similar role would be an advantage; however, we would also welcome applications from candidates with relevant manufacturing experience who are keen to learn and develop.
