How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone who leads from the front, inspires through coaching and creates a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and develop a large, multi-layered luxury retail team.

Drive commercial performance through clear leadership, strategic planning and effective decision making.

Deliver exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations and strengthen long-term loyalty.

Partner with specialist teams including Client Development, Visual Merchandising, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution across the business.

Develop succession plans and nurture future leaders through continuous coaching and performance management.

Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to maximise productivity, profitability and client engagement.

Ensure the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance and luxury presentation are maintained at all times.

Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture where people are empowered to succeed.

    About You

We're looking for an established luxury retail leader who has successfully managed large flagship environments and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional commercial results whilst inspiring sizeable teams.

    You will demonstrate:

Significant leadership experience within luxury fashion, accessories, watches or jewellery.

A proven track record of leading large, high-performing teams through multiple layers of management.

Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, productivity and business growth.

Outstanding people leadership with a genuine passion for coaching and developing talent.

Exceptional clienteling expertise and an understanding of luxury client expectations.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders whilst remaining highly visible on the shop floor.

Resilience, professionalism and the ability to perform in a fast-paced flagship environment.

    What's on Offer

This is an opportunity to join one of the most recognised names in global luxury retail, offering the chance to lead a flagship business with significant commercial responsibility and genuine career progression within an internationally renowned organisation.

If you're an experienced luxury retail leader looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
