As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Dunstable, you will work closely with pupils with complex needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide both in-class and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and additional needs.
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
