The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading parcel delivery companies based in Warrington (WA5). We are looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters to join the team on an ongoing basis.

Shift Patterns Available
*
AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
*
PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
*
Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring thousands of parcels are processed accurately and efficiently for delivery across the UK. Your duties will include:

Sorting parcels into the correct locations and delivery routes
*
Scanning and processing parcels using handheld scanners
*
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
*
Moving parcels around the warehouse in line with operational requirements
*
Identifying and reporting damaged parcels or packaging
*
Working towards productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
*
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
*
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
*
Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is advantageous, but full training is provided
*
Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving parcels
*
Good attention to detail and accuracy
*
Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
*
Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
*
Flexibility to work additional hours when required
*
Own transport is beneficial due to shift times
