How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join a well-established residential developer.

    Working as part of an experienced Customer Care team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftercare service, ensuring homeowners receive a professional, efficient and positive experience throughout the final stages of their customer journey.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer care experience within the housebuilding or residential development sector who enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Act as the first point of contact for homeowners via telephone, email and face-to-face communication.

    * Deliver a professional, friendly and efficient customer service at all times.

    * Log and manage customer defects using the company's customer care system.

    * Coordinate appointments with site teams, contractors and homeowners to ensure defects are resolved promptly.

    * Monitor outstanding issues and keep customers updated throughout the process.

    * Liaise closely with Construction, Sales and Subcontractors to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently.

    * Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer correspondence is documented.

    * Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.

    Requirements

    * Previous experience as a Customer Care Coordinator within the residential housebuilding or construction sector.

    * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

    * Confident using Microsoft Office and customer management systems.

    * A professional and customer-focused approach.

    * Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
