How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced events professional who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced international environment.

    About the Opportunity

An established international organisation is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to join its collaborative marketing team. This is a varied role responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of events across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Working across multiple brands and markets, you will lead the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, customer events and promotional activities. From shaping event strategy and measuring performance to coordinating logistics and supplier management, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility and commercial success.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment where no two days are the same. One day you may be reviewing event performance and campaign data, and the next you could be supporting the delivery of a major international exhibition.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Plan, manage and deliver a calendar of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and customer engagement events.

    * Act as the central point of contact for event planning across multiple brands and regions.

    * Develop event strategies that support business objectives, product launches and commercial priorities.

    * Utilise digital tools, automation and AI-driven insights to improve audience targeting, engagement and event effectiveness.

    * Establish event KPIs and measurement frameworks, providing clear reporting on performance, lead generation and return on investment.

    * Manage event budgets, including forecasting, tracking and post-event analysis.

    * Coordinate and oversee external agencies, suppliers, exhibition contractors and production partners.

    * Collaborate closely with sales, product and marketing teams to maximise event success.

    * Manage merchandise, promotional materials and display programmes to ensure consistent brand representation.

    * Support partner networks with marketing assets and event collateral.

    * Ensure brand consistency across all events, channels and customer touchpoints.

    * Gather market insights and stakeholder feedback to influence future event and marketing strategies.

    About You

We're looking for an organised, commercially minded events professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    You will ideally have:

    * At least 7 years' experience managing trade shows, exhibitions and event programmes across international markets.

    * A proven track record of delivering both small and large-scale events.

    * Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    * Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and event partners.

    * Confidence using data and analytics to evaluate event performance and inform future decisions.

    * Budget management experience across multiple projects and regions.

    * Excellent project management and organisational skills.

    * Experience using project management, CRM and marketing platforms.

    * An interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and event outcomes.

    What's on Offer?

    * Opportunity to work within a global organisation with an international event portfolio.

    * A highly varied role with exposure to both strategic planning and event execution.

    * Collaborative and supportive team environment.

    * The chance to influence high-profile events and customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets.

    * Competitive salary and benefits package.

    *

    International travel opportunities.

If you're a proactive and creative events professional looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you
