Banksman

On behalf of our Client, we are seeking motivated and safety-conscious Banksmen to support an upcoming oil & gas project at their facility in Easter Ross. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment.
 
Role Details:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 54 hrs per week
Start date: August/ September 2026
Duration: Spring 2027
PAYE contract with premium OT rates pad after first 38hrs 
Key Responsibilities:

Safely direct and guide vehicle and plant movements on site
Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures
Maintain clear communication with drivers and plant operators
Support general site activities as required 
Requirements:

Valid Banksman certification
Health and safety focused with a strong commitment to safe working practices
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
Positive, proactive attitude
Previous experience in a similar role (engineering, industrial or construction environments)
