About the Opportunity
Avenue Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee a major glazing project based in St Andrews.
This is a full-time, site-based role where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must be onsite full-time throughout the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the project from commencement through to successful completion.
Oversee all daily site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
Ensure the project remains on programme and within budget.
Maintain excellent communication with the client and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all work meets specification.
Enforce Health & Safety procedures and ensure full site compliance.
Attend and lead site meetings where required.
Manage site documentation, reports and project records.
Resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager within the glazing industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial glazing installation and site management.
CSCS Black Card.
SMSTS Certification.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
Full UK Driving Licence.
