How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Produce high-quality visual content using Canva

Create marketing materials for sponsors, entrants, partners and attendees

Develop event presentations, digital assets, promotional graphics and on-site materials

Support post-event communications, including winner announcements and event highlights

    Website and Digital Marketing

Update and maintain content across multiple event websites

Ensure event information, deadlines, speaker details and commercial messaging remain accurate

Improve website content so that it is clear, engaging and commercially effective

Gain exposure to email marketing, digital campaigns and performance reporting

    Event Marketing

Manage event communications before, during and after each event

Support the delivery of branding, signage, presentations and other event materials

Attend selected events in the UK and internationally

Work with the operations team to ensure a consistent experience across every customer touchpoint

    Key Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in a social media, content or marketing role

Strong experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social media channels

Excellent written communication and content creation skills

    Proficiency in Canva is essential

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines

Able to work independently within a remote environment

A proactive, practical and hands-on approach

Experience updating websites using WordPress or a similar platform would be beneficial.

    Desirable Experience

Event marketing or B2B marketing experience

Exposure to email marketing and digital campaign tools

Experience within financial services, technology or another professional B2B sector
