Salary: Up to £50,000
A well-established building services consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Technician to join its London team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience using Autodesk Revit within an MEP environment and a solid understanding of BIM methodologies. They will play a key role in producing and coordinating high-quality BIM models across a variety of building services projects, working closely with engineers, project managers, and the wider design team.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and coordinate MEP Revit models across a range of projects.
Assist in the delivery of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and security projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
Maintain BIM standards and support model coordination throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements
Minimum 2 years' MEP Revit experience.
Strong Autodesk Revit and BIM knowledge.
Experience working within a building services consultancy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Salary & Benefits
