How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Marketing Executive - Beauty Brand

    The Role:

    As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life, supporting product launches and ensuring a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.     Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to deliver strategic marketing campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives.

    Create, edit and proofread engaging marketing content for both digital and print channels.

    Coordinate with designers to deliver email marketing campaigns, newsletters, website updates and social media assets, while managing relationships with print suppliers when required.

    Manage website content, ensuring imagery, product information and landing pages remain accurate, engaging and up to date.

    Coordinate new product launches online, ensuring a seamless customer journey and best-in-class user experience.

    Write compelling PR copy, press quotes and supporting content that aligns with the brand's tone of voice.

    Organise and coordinate press appointments, influencer activity and celebrity PR opportunities to maximise brand awareness.

    Support the Social Media Manager with content planning, campaign execution and community-focused initiatives across all digital platforms.

    Lead the planning and delivery of events from concept through to execution, ensuring every detail is managed effectively.

    Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Track competitor activity, market trends and customer insights to help shape future marketing strategies.

    About You:

    Previous experience in a Marketing Executive or similar marketing role.

    A marketing qualification is desirable.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content.

    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.

    Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    A collaborative approach and confidence working with cross-functional teams.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute new ideas.
