Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am)

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality clay and concrete building products, supplying some of the UK's most recognised names in the construction industry. They're looking for reliable, hard-working Production Operatives to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to working safely. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential – full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitoring product quality and removing any defective items.
Keeping production running smoothly while minimising downtime.
Working as part of a team to achieve safety, quality and production targets.
Following all site health and safety procedures.
Getting stuck in wherever needed to support the production process.
What we're looking for

Someone who isn't afraid of hard work and is happy to get stuck in.
Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Own transport is essential due to the location.
