How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Clinical Lead – Complex Case Management

    Location: London & Home Counties (Hybrid)

    Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + quarterly performance bonus of up to 10%

    Hours: Full Time – 35 hours per week

    Working Pattern

    Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

    This is a hybrid role offering a combination of home working, weekly attendance at the company's Oxfordshire office and travel across London, the Home Counties and other regional locations as required.

    The Opportunity

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a growing specialist case management provider supporting individuals with complex neurological injuries and long-term conditions.

    Reporting directly to the Business Director, you'll play a key role in leading, developing and supporting a team of Case Managers while driving clinical excellence, governance, quality and service development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Case Manager looking to progress into a senior leadership role within a supportive and expanding organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide clinical leadership, supervision and line management to a team of Case Managers.
    Lead on complex clinical cases, providing expert advice and clinical oversight.
    Drive CQC compliance, clinical governance and continuous quality improvement.
    Oversee safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
    Recruit, mentor and develop members of the clinical team.
    Build strong relationships with clients, commissioners and multidisciplinary professionals.
    Contribute to service development and business growth.
    Promote high standards of clinical practice and professional excellence throughout the service.About You

    Our client is particularly keen to hear from experienced Registered Nurses with a strong background in Case Management and clinical leadership. Exceptional candidates from other relevant clinical backgrounds with significant case management and leadership experience may also be considered.

    You will ideally have:

    Current NMC registration (or relevant professional registration where applicable).
    Around five years' Case Management experience.
    Previous line management or leadership experience within a Case Management setting.
    Experience of CQC standards, compliance and clinical governance.
    Experience managing complex neurological or catastrophic injury cases.
    Excellent clinical reasoning, communication and report-writing skills.
    Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
    Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.What's on Offer
