French speaking Recruiter

Set up in 2008, ersg is an award winning, international leader in staffing services to the global energy and built environment markets. We work with major international companies through to smaller independent businesses to enable their projects to be facilitated effectively throughout the entire project life cycle.

Whilst headquartered in London, our global business has over 200 staff with offices across Europe, the US and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

* Source high-quality talent using our internal database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards internal databases and referrals.

* Draft and post engaging job adverts to attract talent.

* Proactively build pipelines of talent and work closely alongside your team/manager to understand upcoming projects and requirements.

Candidate Screening

* Review CV's and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and motivation.

* Brief candidates on suitable roles and interview processes.

* Check right-to-work documentation, qualifications and references.

Relationship Management

* Schedule candidate interviews with clients and deliver constructive feedback.

* Guide candidates through offer negotiation, acceptance and onboarding stages.

* Keep our internal database updated with accurate candidate records.

About you:

* Motivated by hitting delivery targets and earning commission.

* Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise roles in a fast-paced environment.

* A-Level or Degree qualified (desirable).

* Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.

* Proficient in Microsoft office

* Outgoing and friendly personality
