As an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver (Refuse Driver), you will be responsible for completing residential and commercial waste collection routes, working alongside a dedicated team of loaders to ensure collections are completed safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on driving role within the waste management sector, ideal for reliable drivers who enjoy local routes and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving a Class 2 dustcart vehicle on scheduled collection routes

* Completing residential and commercial waste collections

* Working alongside a team of refuse loaders

* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and road traffic regulations

* Completing all route paperwork and vehicle documentation accurately

* Providing a professional and reliable waste collection service

Requirements

* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

* Valid Driver CPC Qualification

* Valid Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous Class 2 Driving Experience Preferred

* Dustcart / Refuse Experience Beneficial

* Good Understanding of UK Driving Regulations

* Reliable, Punctual, and Safety Conscious
