How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Interviews are taking place throughout the summer holidays to ensure the strongest possible team is in place for September.

    About the Opportunity

As an Advanced Skills Teacher (SEN), you will play a key role in delivering outstanding teaching while supporting colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for pupils. * Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.

    * Contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments and personalised learning plans.

    * Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every pupil can succeed.

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who has:

    * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

    * A proven ability to deliver outstanding teaching and improve pupil outcomes.

    * Strong knowledge of Autism (ASC), complex needs, communication difficulties and inclusive teaching strategies.

    * Excellent classroom management and leadership skills.

    * The ability to inspire pupils and support colleagues through positive collaboration.

    * A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every child reach their full potential.

    * Access to exclusive long-term and permanent vacancies.

    * A straightforward and supportive registration process.

    * Ongoing guidance and support throughout your placement.

    * Opportunities to develop your career within exceptional specialist schools.
