In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing projects through to successful completion, overseeing project performance, leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programmes, quality standards and health and safety requirements are achieved. You will play a key role in delivering prestigious projects while working alongside experienced commercial and operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale construction projects, strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver projects from start to finish while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors.

The Role

Managing construction projects from inception through to completion
Leading site teams and overseeing project performance
Coordinating subcontractors and project stakeholders
Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality
Managing programme delivery and project performance
Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
Working on prestigious high-end residential developments

Project Management experience within construction
Experience delivering large-scale projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management experience
Strong Health & Safety knowledge
High-end residential experience desirable
