The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night. You will work closely with an experienced team to provide personalised support while promoting independence and maintaining residents' dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Assisting residents with personal care and night-time routines
Supporting mobility and responding promptly to residents' needs
Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
Building positive relationships with residents and their families
Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
Promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and independence at all times
About You
Minimum of 6 months' experience within a care setting
Compassionate, reliable, and caring nature
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
