Night Care Assistant – Full Time

Location: Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex
Pay: £168 per shift Monday - Thursday | £174 per shift Friday–Sunday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Full-Time Night Care Assistants to join a respected elderly care home supporting older adults in a homely environment.

Working nights, you'll play an essential role in providing reassurance, care and support to residents while maintaining their comfort and wellbeing.

Night Care Assistant Responsibilities

Providing personal care and overnight support
Conducting wellbeing and safety checks
Responding promptly to residents' needs
Supporting residents with mobility where required
Maintaining accurate records and handovers
Promoting dignity, privacy and independence

20:00 – 08:00
Night Care Assistant Salary & Benefits

✅ £168.00 per shift (Monday–Thursday)
✅ £174.00 per shift (Friday–Sunday)
✅ 168 hours annual leave per year
