How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Digital Automation Marketing Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Guernsey, London & Copenhagen)
    Contract: Inside IR35

    Drive Global Digital Transformation:

Join a high-performing Global Marketing Operations team at the heart of an award-winning in-house creative agency. Working across marketing, creative, production, and technology teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a major digital automation programme across multiple international markets.

We're looking for a proactive Digital Automation Marketing Consultant to lead platform rollout, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong digital marketing knowledge with experience in technology implementation, change, and user adoption.

    The Opportunity:

You'll act as the bridge between global platform teams and local markets, ensuring successful implementation and long-term adoption of a digital automation platform. From onboarding and stakeholder engagement through to value realisation and continuous improvement, you'll help teams embrace new ways of working while maximising the benefits of the platform.

This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel required to support stakeholder workshops, rollout activities, and key programme meetings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Rollout & Adoption

Drive the rollout roadmap across multiple international markets.
Coordinate implementation activities and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Maintain momentum, accountability, and delivery against key milestones.
Support onboarding and adoption activities to drive successful market engagement.

    Build Trusted Stakeholder Relationships

Act as the primary point of contact for markets throughout the rollout journey.
Build strong relationships across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    Drive Value Realisation

Help teams understand how the platform supports marketing objectives and operational efficiency.
Promote best practice adoption and platform utilisation.
Monitor engagement, adoption, and success metrics to ensure markets realise full value.

    Remove Barriers & Drive Improvement

Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies early.
Coordinate resolutions and keep implementation activities on track.
Gather feedback from markets and use insights to improve processes and future platform development.

    What We're Looking For:

    Essential Experience

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and the wider digital ecosystem.
Experience working with marketing technology platforms, systems, or automation tools.
Exposure to performance marketing, social media, and digital campaign delivery.
Proven experience supporting technology rollouts, implementations, change, or platform adoption programmes.
Experience working across global organisations and multiple international markets.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

    Personal Attributes

Self-starter who can quickly embed into a programme and add immediate value.
Highly proactive and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Delivery-focused, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
Practical and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working within fast-paced, changing environments.
Able to absorb information quickly and translate it into action.
Skilled at balancing global programme objectives with local market needs.

    Why Apply?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced rollout, implementation, customer success, change, or digital transformation professional to join a high-profile global programme. You'll play a pivotal role in driving platform adoption across multiple international markets while working with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.

If you're passionate about digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, technology adoption, and delivering change at scale, I'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and join a high-profile global transformation programme where you'll drive adoption, enable change, and make a lasting impact across international markets
