Your Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Observe and record children's progress in line with the EYFS.
Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team.
What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
