Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 4-Day Rotational Shift Pattern (Enjoy a long weekend every second week)
Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for an Production Operator on behalf of a Blue Arrow manufacturing client based in Livingston.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment with the potential to secure a permanent position. Working as part of the operations team, you will support manufacturing, goods-in and dispatch activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring manufacturing and warehouse equipment
Following standard operating procedures and quality standards
Completing processing and production documentation
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
Driving forklifts where qualified and required
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and overall team performance
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing, warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Shift Pattern for Production Operator
Rotating weekly:
Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pmEnjoy a long weekend every second week.
