How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Microsoft AI Consultant

Power Platform / Modern Work → AI Consulting

£55,000-£65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 9 day fortnight (every other Friday off!) + additional exceptional Benefits

Remote, UK | Full-Time | Leading Microsoft Solutions Partner

You do not need to already be an AI Consultant.

You might currently be delivering Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Modern Work, automation or digital transformation projects for customers.

What matters is that you understand Microsoft technology, know how to work in a consulting environment and are ready to build your career in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to take the experience you already have and apply it to Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, intelligent automation and Azure AI.

You will receive the training, certifications and project exposure needed to develop into a specialist Microsoft AI Consultant.

    Why This Role Stands Out

This is not an internal support role or an opportunity to simply experiment with AI tools.

You will work directly with customers to identify where AI can improve their organisation, translate business challenges into practical use cases and deliver solutions that create genuine commercial value.

You will join an established Microsoft Solutions Partner that is actively investing in its AI capability and building a dedicated practice around Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.

For someone coming from Power Platform or Modern Work consulting, this is a clear and supported route into Microsoft AI.

    What You'll Be Doing

You will work across customer discovery, solution design and hands-on delivery, including:

Running customer workshops and discovery sessions
Understanding business processes, challenges and opportunities
Identifying practical AI and automation use cases
Designing and building Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions
Developing intelligent workflows using Power Platform and Copilot Studio
Integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, enterprise systems, APIs and data sources
Supporting customer adoption, training and enablement
Building demonstrations, proofs of concept and reusable solutions
Contributing to the continued growth of the Microsoft AI practice
Keeping up to date with developments across Copilot, Azure AI and the wider Microsoft ecosystemTechnologies You'll Work With

You will gain hands-on exposure to technologies including:

    Microsoft Copilot Studio
    Microsoft 365 Copilot
    Azure AI Foundry
    Azure AI Services
    Power Automate
    Power Apps
    Dataverse
Microsoft 365 and Modern Work technologies
APIs, connectors and enterprise integrationsWho We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in people currently working for a Microsoft partner or consultancy who have experience across Power Platform, Modern Work or Microsoft 365.

You could currently be working as a:

    Power Platform Consultant
    Power Platform Developer
    Modern Work Consultant
    Microsoft 365 Consultant
    Digital Workplace Consultant
    Business Applications Consultant
    Automation Consultant
Technical ConsultantYou do not need to be an AI expert already.

    However, you should have:

Experience delivering Microsoft solutions within a consulting or customer-facing environment
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Modern Work or Microsoft 365
The ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into solutions
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
Confidence contributing to workshops, discovery sessions or technical discussions
    Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
A genuine interest in AI, Copilot and emerging Microsoft technologies

Any of the following would be beneficial:

    Customer workshops and requirements gathering

Access to the Reading office and regional hubs
    Dedicated training and development budget
Support with Microsoft AI and Copilot certifications
Structured career path into Microsoft AI consulting
    Private medical insurance through Vitality

    Cycle-to-work scheme
    Discounted gym membership
    Quarterly development and progression reviews
Recognition schemes, performance awards and spot bonuses
Great Place to Work™ certified culture

This is a remote UK role.

There will be occasional travel for customer workshops, project delivery and team meetings, typically around once or twice per month.

Make the Move into Microsoft AI

AI is changing the way organisations use Microsoft technology, but successful AI consulting requires more than knowing the latest tools.

It requires people who understand customers, business processes, Microsoft solutions and how to turn technology into something genuinely useful.

That is why your Power Platform or Modern Work background matters.

If you have built your foundations within the Microsoft consulting ecosystem and are ready to move into Copilot, AI agents and intelligent automation, this could be the opportunity that defines the next stage of your career.
