How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Microsoft AI Solutions Architect

Modern Work / Power Platform → Microsoft AI

    £75,000-£85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Exceptional Benefits

Remote, UK | Full-Time | Leading Microsoft Solutions Partner

You do not need to already be an AI Solutions Architect.

You might currently be working as a Microsoft Solutions Architect, Power Platform Architect, Modern Work Architect or senior Microsoft consultant, helping customers solve complex business and technology challenges.

What matters is that you understand the Microsoft ecosystem, can confidently lead customer conversations and have experience designing solutions that connect technology with real business outcomes.

This is your opportunity to take that experience into one of the fastest-growing areas of the Microsoft market: Copilot, AI agents, intelligent automation and Azure AI.

You will receive the training, certifications and project exposure needed to build deep expertise across Microsoft AI, while taking a leading role in the architecture and delivery of innovative customer solutions.

    Why This Role Stands Out

This is not an AI research role, and you do not need years of machine-learning or data-science experience.

It is a customer-facing architecture and consulting role for someone who understands Microsoft technology, business processes and how to design practical enterprise solutions.

You will work directly with organisations to identify where AI can create value, define the right architecture and guide solutions from initial discovery through to deployment, governance and adoption.

You will join an established Microsoft Solutions Partner that is investing heavily in its AI capability and building a dedicated practice around Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and agentic solutions.

For an experienced Power Platform or Modern Work professional, this offers a clear route into a senior Microsoft AI position.

    What You'll Be Doing

You will lead customer engagements across discovery, architecture, advisory and delivery, including:

Leading discovery workshops with technical and business stakeholders
Understanding customer challenges, processes and transformation objectives
Identifying practical AI, Copilot and automation use cases
Designing secure, scalable Microsoft AI solution architectures
Producing solution designs, implementation plans and technical recommendations
Architecting Copilot agents and intelligent automation solutions
Connecting Microsoft AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and data sources
Guiding delivery teams through build, testing and deployment
Advising customers on governance, security, compliance and responsible AI
Helping organisations develop AI roadmaps and adoption strategies
Supporting the development of business cases and ROI assessments
Defining operating models for AI and agent-based solutions
Delivering technical demonstrations, presentations and enablement sessions
Mentoring consultants and sharing architectural best practice
Contributing to reusable frameworks, accelerators and new AI propositions
Supporting the continued growth of the Microsoft AI practiceTechnologies You'll Work With
