Leading Legionella and Water Compliance Consultancy are looking to add to their London team to cover commercial contracts across sites including Health Care, Education, Retail and Offices. They currently require a Remedial Plumber ideally with experience in water hygiene to work on a set number of accounts acting as the POC to site manager ensuring sites remain compliant and all work is completed is a professional manner.
To apply for the Remedial Plumber role the following experience is required
* 4+ years working as a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber on commercial sites
* Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Plumbing as a minimum
* Full driving license
* DBS Checked
The Remedial Plumber will join an existing team and carry out a range of duties including
* Routine inspections on water systems, servicing pumps, pipework and associated appliances
* Diagnosing leaks, replacing pipework, removing deadlegs and TMV installs/servicing
* Undertake tank inspections, maintenance and replacements where needed
* Ensuring all plumbing meet building and water regulations.
* Assisting with legionella control including temperature monitoring, sampling and tank cleans
