What will the Bookkeeper role involve?
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial records
Assisting with VAT returns, CIS, and payroll processing, helping the team maintain compliance and meet client deadlines
Supporting month-end and quarter-end processes, contributing to financial reporting accuracy
Collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth financial workflows
Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures within the practice
Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper vacancy:
Demonstrates solid experience with bookkeeping, VAT, and CIS procedures, ideally within a multi-client environment
Possesses strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced practice setting
Has good communication skills, able to liaise with clients and team members confidently
Shows a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimisation
